Went this morning at 8:20 without an appointment, they fitted me in for a mot straight away while I waited. The car failed on a broken coil spring and a cut in the tyre, they ordered me a new coil spring instantly and it was fitted within the hour, they let me go and get a part worn tyre fitted elseware, the car was retested and back on the road by 10:45, and I will also say the price was extremely reasonable as well, never used this garage before, but I will deffo be using again, plus they even made me coffee, hard to find such an old school garage ware customer service is 100% the aim , very satisfied and can’t recommend them enough, see you again the next time I need a garage 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My second time visiting this place, and I have to say the service is above and beyond industry standards!! I’ve had a knocking sound on my driver side for the last year and no mechanic was able to identify the issue.. Ibrahim was able to identify the issue while he was working on something else on the car. He was also able to identify a bolt that my OLD mechanic forgot to put on one of my upper control arms on my 2014 s4(very famous garage in LUTON)!!! I strongly suggest anyone in and out of the Luton area to only take your cars to these guys! Better service than I’ve had anywhere in my 20 years driving and the price on both visits was unbelievable!!

I originally had my MOT booked with another test centre that was meant to open at 9am, as I urgently needed it done today. When I arrived, the place was closed, and even after waiting 20 minutes, no one showed up.
By complete chance, I came across Drive Inn MOT Test Centre — and it turned out to be a blessing. Ibrahim was incredibly welcoming, understanding, and accommodating. Despite my last‑minute request, he managed to fit me in without any hesitation.
My MOT was carried out by Hassan, who was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and genuinely appreciated, especially after the stressful start to my morning.
I’m very grateful to have stumbled upon this place, and they’ve definitely earned my repeat business going forward. Thank you, team!

Today i was so unfortunate to ha hit a pothole and both driver side tyre bust.
I managed to get the car to DRIVE INN just as they were closing. I can only say this family run business is just fantastic, even though they literally about to close and unfortunately didn’t have the right size tyres one of the owners actually contacted a supplier and actually took the time to collect the tyres himself, they very kindly went totally out of their way to help , I can’t thank them enough 100% great people 100% professionals i can totally recommend Drive in just the i will only be using them from now on THANKYOU Bilal your farther and the rest of your team
